Lucent Technologies Microelectronics Group signed an acceptance
certificate recently with the Chinese Government for the completion of a microelectronic technology transfer contract. Technologies transferred from Lucent to China Huajing Electronics Group Co, which is based in Jiangsu Province, include the processing technology and related design technology and design tools of Lucent Bell Lab's 0.9 micron Single Poly Double Metal Complementary Metal Oxide Semi-conductor wafer.
