       wire/rod made of stainless steel and other alloys.          
       Their annual requirement in hot rolled wire rod in coils    
       (stainless steel in different grades) is approx. 2,300      
       metric tons. Kolb set up a new production facility in       
       Atlanta/GA and is planning start of production for          
       summer/fall of 1998.
