The equipment and machinery further described can be newly
manufactured or refurbished and in excellent conditions.
Equipment to implement 14 small diary barns including a
wide range of machinery starting with the consolidation of
recolected milk and including all necessary machinery to
produce packaged milk, cheese, yogurt.
This machinery includes:
I.- RAW MILK RECEPTION EQUIPMENT:
Cooling tank for raw milk reception with temperature
recorder; receiving pump; pasteurizer; cream separator;
skimmed milk tank and pump; cream productin tank; butter
churn; pasteurized milk cooling tank; plastic 1, 1/2 and
1/4 liter bag filling machine; plastic 5 liter container
filling machine, cartons 1, 1/2, 1/4 liter filling machine;
milk dispenser refrigerated (for public self-service)
including milk container and replacement containers; other
elements or equipment that could be required.
II.- SALTY CHEESE PRODUCTION EQUIPMENT:
Insulated cheese tank; fermentation tank, single jacket
for cheese production; cheese bag trolley; cheese bags;
