Oil & Natural Gas Corporation Limited is one of the largest
importers of oil and gas supplies in India. It regularly
invites international competitive bids from foreign
companies for import of oil and gas equipment.
Bidders should be manufacturers only. Bidders who are sole
selling agents/authorised dealers/authorised supply
houses/authorised distributors can also be considered.
Their bids should be accompanied with backup authority
letter from concerned manufacturer who authorised them to
market their product, further such authority letter should
be valid at the time of bidding.
Bidders should submit with their bid a test report, issued
by Regional Chemistry Lab (RCL), ONGCL, Kanjurmarg (East),
Mumbai, of their quoted product, to conform that the product
conforms to all parameters of specification.
Bidders may get their product tested from ONGC
RCL,Kanjurmarg Village Road, Ka
042 by submitting their samples upto March 16, 1998, on
items to ONGC, during the past one year from the date of the
opening of the tender are permitted to submit test report
issued by ONGC, RCL, Kanjurmarg, for their bulk samples. The
sample should be accepted by ONGC. Offers without the test
report issued by ONGC, RCL, Kanjurmarg, Mumbai shall not be
considered.
The Indian agents/representatives can purchase tender
documents on behalf of their foreign principals on payment
of tender fees equivalent to INR 6000/-. This amount would
be refunded on receipt of the tender fee in U.S. Dollars.
