The Corp. possesses well trained and high-qualified staff, a large group of whom are very experienced in production and foreign trade. A number of them are management personnel who have grasped modern scientific management method. 75 per cent of the staff have received good education either from universities, colleges or special secondary schools.

The Corp. mainly handles IQF and frozen fruits and vegetables, such as Frozen Asparagus, Pea Pods, Green Beans, Carrot, Soy Beans, Water Chestnuts, Mushrooms, Lychees, Longan, etc. These products are mainly exported to Japan and European-American markets and have enjoyed good reputation.
