Reasons & Conditions for Its Construction an Market Forecasting: 1. The Reasons of Construction: Because of the steady development of the modern electronical science and technology,the development of the quartz crystal is more and more to wards the smalls,high precise and automation.The SMD products are smaller than HC-49u/s quartz crystals in volume,better than HC-49u/s quartz crystals in the stability,what's more,they can be installed automatically.The demand in the international market is increasing steadily,and the price is higher than that of HC-49u/s,the technological process is basically the same.Therefore,we decided to set up a production line of SMD products to produce SMD quartz crystals installed on surface so as to increase the competence force and ability of earning foreign currency by export of our company. 2. Conditions of Construction: There is a standard industrial factory house,occupying a total constructional space of 3500 m² with 180 employees,of which the technicians in engineering management are 21,taking up 11.7% of the total.It is feasible in technology for the technological process is basically the same as that of HC-49u/s. 3. Market Forecast: The past many years has witnessed the HC-49u/s quartz crystals manufactured by our company have reached the international standard in quality,all products are exported for earning foreign currency,deeply trusted and praised by the users.In 1998 it got the title of "Excellent Cooperative Manufacturer." Construction Scale and Main Contents: The sacle of the project is that,another 30 million pieces of SMD products will be produced yearly together with the existing yearly output of 18 million pieces of HC-49u/s,that's,the scale of the yearly output of 48 million pieces of quartz crystals will be formed.The key equipment and test instrucments in the advanced production line will be imported from Japan and the United states of America such as automatic dividing & choosing machines,silver-covering machines,fine tuning machines,welding machines and test instrucments. |
