Reasons & Conditions for Its Construction an Market Forecasting: At present, the total cement output of Fujian Province is 13,000,000 ton, among which the high-quality cement is about 2,000,000 ton, less than 20% of the total. By estimate, the whole province still has a 2,000,000 ton loophole of high-quality cement. In view of the fact that the gross industrial and agricultural output value is growing steadily, the consumption of cement will increase accordingly. Based on an annual increase of 8%, the estimated shortage of high-quality cement in the year of 2000 will be 4,000,000 ton or above. By simultaneously up-grading the product of the existing shaft kiln, the completion of the project will supply the market with 1,200,000 to 1,300,000 ton of high-quality cement. It will play an important role in narrowing the gap between the market cement supply and demand, and adjusting the cement product mix. Yong'an Jiulong Cement Company was set in July of 1994, covering a ground area of 257,000 square meters. It has an annual production capability of 300,000 ton of cement, and 65,000 ton of marketing clinker cement. The company now has 650 staff members and workers, among which 10 percent is technicians. Mayan Brand of cement produced by the company enjoys a good reputation. The company is but 8 kilometers from Jiafu railway station. The electricity is supplied by the provincial electrified wire netting. There is no worry of its supply. The capacity of the existing transformer can satisfy the need of the planned enlarged production. The chose site for the company is located near an underground river. It's good-quality water meets the standard of both production and domestic consumption. The present office building is large enough for later use. About 15 ha. of hilly land within Shuidong Industrial Zone is enough for the project construction. The limestone deposit within Yong'an City boundary is above 4,000,000,000 ton. In Ansa Town, more than 1,000,000,000 ton of limestone deposit is ready for mining. It's one of the high-quality limestone mine bases in the Province, The limestone is easy for mining, good in quality, and meets the demand of productive processes. The supply of raw materials such as clay, ferrous powder, and coal, is locally sufficient.
5. Construction Scale and Main Contents: Newly produce a production line of dry predissociation kiln with a daily output of 4000 ton. The products are 525# and 525R portland cement.
