Reasons & Conditions for Its Construction an Market Forecasting: At present,all kinds of chemical fibric Textile are in great demandwhile the manufacturers in the domestic can not meet the demand. Every year our country will import various polyester filament textile loveddeeply by the customers with the foreign currency. At the same time,such textile as polyester twill silks and taffeta as the lining of the garments enjoy a strong life and abroad market.Yougde Chemical Fibre & Textile Co., Ltd occupies an area of 17150m² with such productive and living facilities as factory house,water,electricity,gas and communication,a main workshop of 2130m² equiped with air condioners for textile,a storehouse of 381m²,1156m²-three-storey dormitory for the workers,a deep well of daily output of 1200 ton water,a completeset of soft water treatment facilities,a 2T/t chain steaming boiler,special lines for the supply of power and the transforming system of 420 KVA as well as a full set of equipment for pulp making in volved with 5 million yuan RMB and facilities and factory house,which ensure that the raw materials will be supplied after the enlarging of the production scale.However,because of the limit of the fund in our town,only 30-set-spraying-100m scale has been formed with two-thirds of factory house,space,water and electrical facilities idle,which has made this project not to be able to produce the full results. Therefore,the jointly invested into the project means the slight transformation of the land of the workshop,after that,the equipment can be installed and the production starts with such characteristics as short period of construction and fast results.Therefore,it enjoys a broad market propect. |

Construction Scale and Main Contents: By making use of the original 30-set spraying 100ms,importing 50 sets of GD761-DP-2-190 model spraying 100ms made in Japan,assembled,in Shengyang manufacturing with the equipment for pulp making,we can produce various textile of 5.875 million m.Now,30 set spraying 100ms are to be first imported. |
