Reasons & Conditions for Its Construction an Market Forecasting: The residents in Ninghua have always been making fermented glutinous rice as a kind of drink at home since ancient time by means of making use of local quality polished glutinous rice and sweet spring water under the natural conditions of our county with a long history. The wine is sweet with a special taste, it is a special product of Ninghua the ancestral home of the Hakkas. The scientific test has shown that this wine contains various amino acids amounting to as much as 17 kinds. The products sell well after they are put into market because of high value of nutriment and health care and beautiful package. However, the existing manufacturers in Ninghua with the small scale can not meet the increasing demand of market. The raw materials of this project are polished glutinous rice and distiller's yeast, which are available in the local market. This project can make use of the idle factory houses and sites in the enterprises of stopping production.
