Situation of Enterprise: The company has imported from Sweden Shunzhi Company the main equipment for pulp-making with the capacity to treat the material of 50 tons/day in bleach, chemical, heating grinding, that's, a grinding machine, a hydro-extractor and a high-density mixer, from Sichuang Yibin Light Industrial Tool Miu a pulp-board machine with 50 tons/day, and the drawings for pulp-making production line from Sweden Shunzhi Company and auxiliary facilities for water, power, steam and chemical &Physical tests from Tianjing Light Industrial Mechanic Factory. The whole factory occupies a total constructional space of 13,000 m2 with the yearly output of 17,000-ton products of pile pulp, the total input of 80 million yuan (including 1.142 million USD of foreign exchange),of which the input in the fixed asset is 63.3165 million yuan, the circulating fund 16.6835 million yuan, the existing total value for the asset 61.80 million yuan and the total debt 57.40 million yuan. It was setup and put into production in Dec,1997 with the output of nearly 1,000 tons wood pulp all sold to the domestic users. |

| 4. Supply of Main Raw Materials: Jiangle is one of the key forest counties in Fujian with the yearly output over 200,000 m3 timber, of which China fir nearly reaches 100,000 m3, so the source of the raw materials is reliable. In order to stabilize the supply of timberfor output of pile pulp, the government of Jiangle has planned to set up a 200,000 mu forest base of raw materials, of which 150,000 mu medium-young -China-fir forest has been completed, which has provided more reliable conditions for the raw materials. |

| 5. The Sale Market for Products: The pile pulp market is broad as an absorption agent for health-care materials such as feminine napkin, infant napkin, materials for adult's incontinence of urine, liners in hospitals, dressing on belly, liners for no infection in surgical department, liners on chest, filter, filter medium, mixture in hi-grade paper. The statistics has shown that at present there are over 400 feminine napkin manufacturers in the whole country with over 1000 production line of feminine napkin, which needs 300,000 ton pile pulp yearly. Fujian Hengan Group Co., Ltd. Alone needs as much as 60000 ton pile pulp every year. However, now the output of pile pulp in the whole country is only about 50000 ton. Therefore, the supply of pulp made in the domestic can not meet the demand, quite large part of the factories depends on the import of the pulp, in the recent years the products of pile pulp enjoys a good market in the domestic. |

Analysis on The Economic Results: Counted at the current price of 6000 yuan on the yearly output of 17,000 ton pole pulp, the yearly sale income will be 102 million yuan, the tax and profit 31 million yuan, of which the profit deducting the tax is 22.02 million yuan, the rate of input profit 26.4%. There turn of the input(in dynamic) will take 5.08 years (including the period of construction 1.5 years). |
