Bean Skin Rolls
Materials:
2 pieces of bean skin
streaky pork
soaked dried mushrooms
peeled Chinese yam
soaked black fungus and salted green vegetables
Preparations:
- Mince the pork, mash the yam, dice the mushrooms; mix together adding eggs
and seasoning.
- Soak the bean skin and cut into 6 pieces, spread with pork mash, and make
into rolls, coat with beaten egg, fry in 70% heated oil for 4 minutes, take
out, fungus and salted vegetables, transfer to a plate and add the rolls.
