      Materials:
      1000g mutton
      500g candied dates
      75g preserved orange cakes
      50g lotus seedpods
      100g sugar
      50g honey

      Preparations:
    1. Stone the candied dates, insert orange dices as stones.
    2. Slice the mutton. Break the seedpods in two.
    3. Scald the mutton slices and drain. Drop the mutton slices into 8-fold hot oil, quickly saute, remove.
    4. Put the lotus seedpods in a bowl, around them arrange the candied dates, place the mutton slices on top of the seedpods, sprinkle with white sugar and steam for 3 hours, turn the bowl upside down on a plate, pour on heated honey.
