Fragrant Pork Shreds
250g pork fillets
100g mung bean sprouts
100g green peppers
Shred the pork fillets, add seasonings and saute in 6-fold hot oil till done, remove and drain the oil.
- Nip the ends off the mung bean sprouts.
- Season some oil with minced scallion and ginger, drop in the sprouts and green peppers, stir-fry quickly, thicken with cornstarch solution.
