      Materials:
      8g gelatine
      cooked ham slices
      egg yolks

      Preparations:
    1. Dissolve the gelatine in clear soup, add cooking wine and salt.
    2. Filter the scum with gauze to make crystal juice.
    3. Put the juice into spoons, and add a hot egg yolk add some ham slices to each spoon, pour a layer of crystal juice on top, freeze.
