      Materials:
      100g vegetable hearts
      100g bamboo shoots
      100g broccoli
      100g fresh mushrooms
      100g water soaked tremella
      100g water soaked winter mushrooms
      50g lotus seeds

      Preparations:
    1. Scald each ingredient, then simmer in seasoned soup till flavored, remove to a plate.
    2. Thicken the soup with cornstarch solution and pour over the vegetable hearts.
