      Materials:
      one hind leg of lamb (3000g)
      50g cucumber slices
      cheese slices

      Preparations
    1. Pierce both sides of the thick park of the lamb leg with ten small holes, steep in condiments for one hour, remove to a roasting pan.
    2. Roast using a low heat till the leg turns golden brown, take out, sprinkle with sesame oil, serve with cucumber cheese slices and scallion.
