Gluten with Shrimp Roe
Materials:
500g fresh gluten
25 shrimp roe
chopped garlic bolt
Preparations
- Scald the glutten, place in a casserole, add soup stock, wine, salt and MSG, bring to the boil, simmer till flavored.
- Slightly stir the shrimp roe in hot, cooked chicken fat, add wine and sugar then add to the casserole, simmer till soup is almost dry, sprinkle on garlic bolt.
