200g vegetable hearts
50g water soaked winter mushroom shreds
50g water soaked tremella
50g winter bamoo shoot shreds
50g gan bamboo shoot shreds
50g water soaked bamboo tubes
Scald the winter mushroom shreds, winter bamboo shoot shreds, gan bamboo
shoot shreds and tremella shreds, then toss in 4 fold hot oil, add salt,
sugar, MSG and soup stock, bring to the boil.
Simmer the bamboo tubes in soup till cooked, add the other ingredients, steam
till done, surround with scalded vegetable hearts.
