400g dried bean curd
cooked shrimp meat
cooked chicken breast shreds
cooked bamboo shoot shreds
cooked chicken gizzard shreds
Slice then cut into shreds the dried bean curd, scald twice in hot water.
Then soak in chicken soup, add shrimp roe, lard and salt, boil till the bean curd becomes flavoured.
Pile on a soup plate and cover with shrimp meat, ham shreds, chicken shreds, bamboo shoot shreds and gizzard shreds, sprinkle with pea shoots.
