1. 287 guest rooms, including 239 twin rooms, 24 double rooms, 22 superior suites, 2 deluxe suites(with independent corridor door, can be combined into one big suite on request).

2. Room Facilities:central air-conditioner, telephone with bathroom extension, IDD, TV, radio, refrigerator, mini-bar, hair dryer. Bath room: ameneties, towel, soap, shampoo, foam bath, toothbrush and paste, shower cap, razor.

3. 4 connecting rooms, 2 special rooms (handicapped-equipped).

4. Area of standard room: 24.84 square meters.
   Area of superior suite: 41.1 square meters.

5. Room rate
   Spring package, valid till March 31, 1997.

   Standard room: RMB498. 00( about USD60. 00) , subject to 10% service charge.

   Deluxe room:40% diseount off USD120.00,subject to 10% service charge.

   Superior Suite: 40% discount off USD170.00, subject to 10% service charge.

   Deluxe Suite: 40% discout off USD280กม2, subject to 10% service charge.

   Remark

   • The above rates are exclusive of the government levied City Funds, at RMB10 per bed-night for suites and RMB5 for standards.
