RMB 10,000 in cash and 500 pieces of souvenirs.

Type of Payment:

Prepay 60% of the total amount on the Agreement Signing Ceremony; the remaining 40% should be remitted to the bank account as specified before June 15,1997; the sounevirs should be delivered to the place as designated.

Rights Granted:

1. Each piece of souvenir will bear "1997 National Women Beach Volleyball Games" logo and the sponsor's name;

2. Twenty flags and two baskets of flowers bearing the sponsor's name will line the main road outside the venue;

3. The Organizing Committee will arrange special newspaper coverage of the sponsor;

4. The sponsor will get 20 free tickets;
