Type of Payment:

Prepay 60% of the total amount on the day of Agreement Signing; the remaining 40% should be remitted to the bank account as specified before June 15, 1997.

Rights Granted:

1. The photo match will be named after the sponsor company;

2. The sponsor's name will appear on the photo match prizes, the front cover of the photo album, an inside-the-venue billboard, a congratulation banner, a congratulation balloon and a pair of baskets of flowers outside the venue;

3. The sponsor company will be invited as the photo album's official editor and its chief officials the honorary editors;

4. Promotion of the sponsor will be featured on the back cover of the album;

5. The Organizing Committee will arrange special newspaper coverage of the sponsor;

6. The sponsor will get 50 free tickets.
