RMB 20 thousand in cash and 1,000 pieces of T-shirts, sunhats and sunglasses.

Type of Payment: Prepay 60% of the total amount on the Agreement Signing Ceremony, the remaining 40% should be remitted to the bank account as specified before June 15, 1997; the sponsored T-shirts, sunhats and sunglass should be delivered to the place as specified.

Rights Granted:

1. One page of the schedule book will be devoted to the sponsor;
