The first seminar on art archaeology was held in this east China city Saturday, attracting some 30 leading experts from both sides of the Taiwan Straits.
The Cross-Straits seminar on art archaeology was organized by Shandong University, which has the country's only institute of art archaeology (IAA).
Participants will exchange views on the development of important art archaeological findings and ancient art research, sources say.
